About the Author:

Ash-Sheikh Badr Al-Utaybee is from Taif, Saudi Arabia and is a student of the former Mufti of Saudi Arabia, Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baz, as well as other scholars such as Al-Allaamah Muhammad bin Salih al-U’thaymeen, Ash-Sheikh Salih Al-Fawzan, Ash-Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ghudayaan and others. He is currently a member of the Ministry for Da’wah & Islamic Affairs in Ta’if, Saudi Arabia as well as the Scholarly Committee for the Service of the Prophetic Sunnah.

With the permission of Allah, RiMarket.Net introduces The Riwayah Book Club. Insha Allah it will serve as a motivation to learn arabic and to become more active in reading books from the scholars, past and present. Each month, The Riwayah Book Club will choose a book and members will post benefits, comments, questions, and words of advice connected with the book. This month we have chosen the book, Aysar Ash-Shurooh, which is a simplified explanation of Ash-Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab Al-Wasabee’s popular work Al-Qawl Al-Mufeed fee adilati At-Tawheed. The author of the explanation is Abu Abdillah Al-Masnaae’, who also has a much more extensive explanation. However, this explanation is for the beginners, as the sheikh himself mentioned. We ask Allah to allow us to benefit ourselves and each other with this book club, and insha Allah it will serve as an encouragement to seek knowledge with the Scholars and to be more active in learning as well as dispensing beneficial knowledge.
