Article about Terrorism by Ash-Sheikh Ahmad An-Najmee

 Al-Allaamah Ahmad bin Yahya An-Najmee explains in this article entitled, السلفيون بريئون من الأعمال الإرهابية that the people who hold firm to true Islaam, based upon the book of Allah, the Sunnah of his Messenger, sallahu alahi wa salaam, and stick to the understanding of the companions that they are free from any terroristic activities.

From the article written by Al-Allaamah Ahmad bin Yahya An-Najmee:“As for the actions of the terrorist in this time, those who wear different types of explosives and drive cars strapped with bombs, and when they find a large group of people the car explodes or the strapped explosives are triggered, then indeed this is built upon deception. Al-Islam is far removed from such activity, and will never affirm such evil behavior. The suicide bombings that have taken place in such places as Britain or other countries, indeed the only people who do this and plan such behavior are At-Takfeereyoon Al-Khawarij, those who deem it permissible to rebel against the leadership and declare the Muslims to be disbelievers. Those are the people who the Prophet Muhammad, صلى الله عليه وسلم, criticized and referred to them as ‘Dogs of the Hell-fire’…..”  Also mentioned in the article: “Those who follow Usamaa bin Laadin, Al-M’asari, Said Al-Faqih, and others like them, indeed they were raised upon the books of At-Takfeer, those who declare the general Muslims to be disbelievers, the books of Sayyid Qutab and those along with him in this incorrect way. These people unjustly declare the Ummah of Muhammad to be disbelievers, rather they declare them to be disbelievers by falling into sins, which no one is free from.”
